Amit is an Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He has completed his Masters in Law from Pune University and Bachelors in Law from ILS Law College, Pune. He also holds diplomas in Intellectual Property Rights, Housing Law and Medical Jurisprudence. He conducts litigation matters before Civil and Criminal Courts, District Courts, High Courts, various tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities. He practices in civil laws, criminal laws, consumer laws, revenue laws and family laws. He has acted as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. He is also empanelled on board of various companies and banks. In addition to the same, he contributes his knowledge for drafting and research and title due diligences also.
