Yadnaseni is an Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She has completed her Bachelors in Law and Social Legal Sciences from MMM’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. She is also completed P.G.D. in Aviation Law & Air Transport Management from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She was a visiting faculty at MMM’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. Her areas of practice include litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial laws, mergers and acquisitions and drafting and consultancy for commercial contracts. She holds expertise in sectors of insolvency and bankruptcy, family and consumer rights, arbitration as well as in niche sectors such as renewable energy, aviation and FMCG products.
